I have -5 and -4
If you have huge glasses, get smaller ones. Mine are medium sized, rectangular and they fit in without any issues. They are not getting stuck etc.
With glasses you lose a bit FOV, however presence is still there.
With glasses you have minor reflections, however I noticed them only after months of gaming. Anti reflective coating is a good thing here.
The biggest problem for most people is that the glasses get into contact with the lenses and those lenses are made of butter. Even cleaning them scratches them.
So if you take no precautions you will have badly scratched lenses after a few usages.
However, I found a nice solution (after ruining my first set of lenses and exchanging them with the second set (you can dismount them, so you have 2 sets).
I have a high quality dampenig mat (it's a dense and firmly soft rubber sheet) I cut off about 1.5cm x 6cm and clapped it together. Now I put that thing in between the two cups.
When I now press my face in the small metal part that hold the lef tand right glasses together is touching the rubber before my glasses touch the lenses, I can press quite hard and nothing happens anymore.
A similar material can be found easily.
Alternatively people use mobile phone screen cover sheets to protect the lenses, that's also possible.
Alternatively people went to their optician and ordered round prescription lenses that they mounted into the cups of DK2, so they can use it without having glasses on them. (that's the best solution so far if you want it perfectly)
With Oculus you have to be ready to work a little bit and tweak it if required. I even made the DK2 lenses sit a bit wider to perfectly fit my IPD.
Conclusion: I have no problems at all with my glasses and play Elite nearly every day using DK2 (and no matter how nice it looks on the screen, I could not switch).
