So I am fighting for the drivers title and my driver keeps having stupid crap happen to him while leading.
I have a comfortable lead, have his pace setting to Light, and he throws it off the track.
Another race while leading comfortably, lapped cars spin and, with more than enough time to easily avoid them he drives right into the side of them.
Randomly at some races he has major fuel issues and I have to conserve heavily while other races I can push and he still ends the race +3 laps on fuel.
I accept that my drivers make mistakes, and I can accept a driver with a big lead crashing on his own as it happens in real life. It’s the constant being involved in someone else’s incident while leading that bothers the hell out of me. If I’m not leading, or fighting for the lead, I don’t have wrecks. The moment I am leading he is the most unlucky driver in the world.
