Oculus: Chromatic aberration on other monitor.

I am a new Oculus user and have it set up reasonably well. My main problem is when I run other games outside of the Oculus I get chromatic aberration where the screen is split into three slightly off center versions. It happens even if I unplug the Oculus.

How do I stop this?
