Oculus Plus Getting Smacked from another player ship boosting out of the station.

When the server said shutting down for patch 3.91. I was running for another system to dock before the shut down well using my oculus. When I requested dock and gliding my way to the port. Another play came out of the port with full boost and smack the right side of my ship sending me into one hell of a spinning ride. Took 30 seconds to get my ship to stop the spinning thought I was going to fall out of my seat. :p

Surprisingly that hasn't happened to me yet, just a few scrapes going in or out. I did boost into the side of the station just below the keyhole though.

Always fun doing a full throttle, full boost into the station and maneuvers to dock whilst in VR, especially when you kind of miss the keyhole and put on the break and full reverse throttle.. how your body naturally tenses up since your brain thinks its in imminent danger of actually crashing.

One time when I just unhooked from the docking pad, I accidentally hit my boost button instead of the thrust up button. There were a handful of people in the station, I'm sure they got a good laugh!

Were you the guy stuck under the control tower getting shot at by the station, but the turrets were hitting the control tower?

I just had a similar situation. I wanted to dock when another Sidewinder boosted through the slot from behind scratched me and crashed into his landing pad :D
