Oculus Rift on sale £400

Sold out.

Have to buy from the States, now! Means a walk over the border, and pay taxes to Canada Customs!
Oh well!

Do you have to pay taxes on an opened unit that doesn't work and only has value as a source of components for recycling?

I just tried one of those devices,the one you put a mobile in.
This was done purely to see how I could use a VR with glasses,didn't like it.

How does the vive or oculus behave with a user and glasses?

You don't get everyone to shell out £400 on VR, when you are just about to ask them for £700 for the new and improved version.

Wow. I mean. Wow. Is this your first day in the world of technology? I don't mean that to sound as offensive as it might be taken, but .. wow. Let's revisit this thread at CES. Or before. Vaguereplyisvague.

What didn't you like about it?

My brother bought an Oculus didn't like it because of the resolution and then sold it.. Since then he has tried a phone VR headset with a 1440p screen in it, found it clearer. But then realised he never tried his OR with glasses on. [where is it]

Now he wants to try an Oculus again WITH glasses and might buy one.

(Yes, more money than sense)

Probably a bit too anecdotal for you to make a decision on?
