Oculus rift: POV gets off centre

Not sure if this should go there or in Bugs, however:

Impact on game: It does affect game play.
Version Found: 1.3.8 PC
Frequency: Always
Time and date of issue: August
Commander name: M. Volgrand
Description: The Oculus rift SDK2 gets off centre frequently.

What happens is that I start the game and centre the view (f12) correctly. But when I'm playing the centre keeps moving to left or right. Annoying thing is that it does it so slowly that I don't realize for several minutes. That forces me to keep pressing f12 to re-centre view very frequently.
Seems to get worse when I look to one side or de other (IE, when watching/using the side menus).
I also realized that the deep axis is not working (IE: no changes in - game when I move forward or backwards).

I had not played ED for about 2 months and, before, this didn't happen.
Tried it with other OR enable games, it doesn't seem to happen with them.

Kindly some help, if you please?

This only happens to me when the tracker can't see me 100%, like I'm slightly below my screen (my tracker is behind and above it). If it can't see all of the LEDs at the front of the rift it will keep compensating until it's off center. Try moving the tracker so it can see you very comfortably

In the demo scene of the config utility there is an option to show the outlines of the area covered by the camera. That should help.

Is it possible that you have an axis for head look set elsewhere and it's deadzone is slipping a little? not sure if it's even possible to have head tracking enabled with the rift, so just guessing.
