Oculus Rift vs Track IR 5

check my specs

So the answer is yes?

Then I'm wondering at what frame rate and graphic settings are you running. Because I've seen some guy playing it with GTX680 with low settings to get above 75 fps to get that silky smooth oculus perfomance and he said in some more crowded areas when frame rate dropped lower it was jittery.

Well I was looking into a TackIR for ED and came across this thread in my research. I now ordered a DK2. I was VERY disappointed that ED doesn't support Nvidia 3d vision, I've used it for years and it would be perfect for this game. Nvidia really dropped the ball on it though, so I can't blame Frontier.

I doubt you'll be dissappointed with ED on your Rift; as others have said, TrackIR lets you move the image on your monitor(s) using your head. On the Rift, you're in a spaceship. :)
