Newcomer / Intro Oculus + X-55 Rhino = Help!

Hello!

I just recently got an Oculus DK2 and stumbled upon ED, which I immediately fell in love with and realized I could not play with a mouse & keyboard so I purchased the X-55.

I'm currently using the preconfigured profile for the X55 in ED, but I would like to make a few changes to the setup. Is there an easy guide on how to do that? Also I've noticed while in the "galaxy view" I still need to use the mouse to look around. Is there a way to do that with the X55?

Go to options > controls

You can remap your control scheme in there, as well as set some of the hat controls in your x55 for galaxy map navigation.

You'll still need keyboard and mouse for entering destinations and the like.

There are plenty of settings for the various sticks, but its personnel preferences and loadouts.
For the Galaxy map, I map the stick to spin it and throttle to move the cursor forward and back and the stick side to side for the cursor, zoom in on another slider and up and down use 2 buttons.
