all.. i have been having an odd glitch.. when i try to land anyplace, the pad numbers will not show or will show up late. then they wink in and out on occasions. anyone else see this?

left of your radar, you have your target reticule. Follow the blue dot. If you are following the blue dot correctly, you can see your landing pad illuminated by spotlights. just without any number above it

cool... also while i am on odd. I show a 40000 bounty credit in federation. ( was a good evening.. lol) however, I cannot find anyplace to turn it in. the fed bases I am at dont show it as available under the contacts. thoughts?
