odd HMC planets in M class sytems

this is the latest time I have seen this

I have seen more than a dozen of these. some in inhabited systems some not, always a big High Metal Content (> 3 earth masses), planet in a highly inclined orbit more than 10k ls out,

If it isn't a artifact of how they generated the systems then maybe something put them there

I think I see them daily now. Best one was a 1.2m day orbital period, lol...

I always fly out to check them hoping that somehow, someway the system will be broken and they will be a TFC.
