Odd Instanceing issue? Anyone seen this before.....

So we were fighting some gentlemen last night. Finally got in the same instance and pulled them over when this happens:

Everyone disappears and the guys in my wing are now 16 kilometers away.

This is the first time i have seen this, anyone ever seen this before?

Just to be clear, this does not appear to be a log, as everyone just POOF goes away, there where at least three other people in his wing firing at us.

I've seen something like that. I was sparring with another group member and towards the end of one of the the fights, we disappeared from each other's screens. At first, we both thought the other had gone cold, but we were completely removed from each other's instance. We were on Discord and chatting with each other as we sparred. We had to reset the instance to get back in the match. Rare, but it happens.
