Apparently you can accept missions taking you to Odyssey released settlements even if you don't have Odyssey, making them impossible to complete. I just started the playing yesterday (I know, I'm late to the party) and didn't see anything on the mission accept screen to indicate that the settlement I was going to deliver cargo to was an Odyssey exclusive. I thought you couldn't access Odyssey content (including missions) if you were just logged into Horizons. Am I wrong on this?

Also having this issue. Makes it hard to buy and sell on the market when over 2/3 of the places we can't access?

Why do you think it wont be fixed - if you report it on the Issue Tracker, and get people to vote for it, FDEV will look at it to try to fix it.
because I have been playing since 2014 and I know the pace of some fixes are very slow and that is just a presumption on my part...…………….
