Odyssey Missions Fail

Not sure if this is the right place for this but half the missions I do in Odyssey fail for no obvious reason. It's the ones where you have to power up a settlement. It looks like I do everything right, leave when it tells me to and when I click to choose which reward I want on turn in it says mission failed. I'm not sure if it is a bug or if it is because I loot those settlements. Like a lore reason that they wont pay you when they go to the base and it is looted. Much more likely to be a bug though I think.

Also another bug was the conflict zone I tried never ending. It was stuck at 975 vs 915 after dozens of point captures and a ton of kills. I had to run about 500m out of the settlement to call a shuttle. On the bright side I got about 550k in combat bonds from about 1-3k per kill.
