Odyssey multi crew mission

Seems when I crew up with mates, and off we go to kill xx, or salvage xx from crash site. We are in different zone of same planet, none of mission update other crew mission that are the same. Odyssey is old elite, again solo all by lonesome.

We need crew mission for Odyssey or Have it tick for everyone in a crew with the same missions

Then when the SERVER fails, you get kicked entirely. And when you come back, the team is disbanded, and you probably land in different instances. And if you want to gasp play a multiplayer game with another player, you have to RE-team, and then leave and come back via flight?

And don't forget in physical multicrew, if you're disconnected in space as a crew member, don't you get sent to the nearest station or something? So not only do you have to re-build the party, you have to meet back up...

Oh that's nothing, I managed to dump a teammate to floating in space that first day, when I did something silly- I docked in a station. They didn't.
