[Odyssey] Neutron charged icy world?

Hello there dear explorers,

On my way to fill out codex checkbox with water magma on some random icy planet, I stumbled on this...

I mean it does orbit neutron star actually, and on the first screenshot it really looks like some (bio?)fluorescent ice, but last one looks more like I broke the renderer

So any idea what the hell is this? Anyone seen anything similar in their journeys? Would be also cool if someone from Fdev would stop by and confirm if its some renderer issue that will be fixed or legit unique planet

At this moment I have no idea if it's a bug or a feature.
The broken gamma/brightness/lighting plus the weird results the new planet forge is producing can be quite confusing

So I'm not sure what they tried to do here. but it repeats on several bodies in this system, but the ones closest to neutron star, others are no affected:
