Odyssey problem

After paying good money on my Pre-order for Odyssey apart from other issues I'm unable to re-download Odyssey OST or the other file Elite Dangerous: Odyssey not only did I origanlly have faith in Frontier but decided to spend £39.99 even before the release, I purchased Odyssey 6 March 2021 and now can't even run or download the thing. I tried contact support but no replies as yet which I find annoying and very frustrating and lost confidence in Frontier. At least one lesson learnt don't buy any new project till at least 6 months after it's launch.
 
i have the same problem, i tried to contact support but i didn't get any answer. i tried to log in with firefox, edge and chrome, but NOT WORKING
 
Get a refund. It's the only thing companies give a toss about.
I bet if everyone who has problems with Odyssey got a refund, Frontier would then sit up and take notice of its customers.

Yeah, but you're we're not gonna follow that rule, because you we fear missing out on the new stuff :)

As I can't download the dam program from their store do I car eabout what I'm missing, NO, I care about the money it's cost me an I can't download it . And how long does it take to correct their problem, plus I'm not th only one with this problem.

I know about the problems. I waited until the day of release, because I wanted to see them actually deliver, and once everyone started reporting that they were in, I bought it. Can't fix stupid :alien:

Same here bud.. took me 3 days to download the game and then each update I’ve had to do a fresh install of the game to get it to work.. that’s only one of the issues I’ve had..

Tried that, Bought Odyssey Premium Edition, but after installation, I cannot not find it to launch, complained to Support and requested a refund. They refused the refund because I had "played the game for more than 2 hours". REALLY? The reason I want the refund is because I cannot even find it to open, so how can I have I played it for over 2 hours. This is the last Steam Game I will purchase, and advise all readers to go the same way. The company really sucks now. The term "Customer Support" applied to Steam is an oxymoron, like Military Intelligence.
