When ED first became available on the PS4, the option to purchasing Horizon was also available. Being a new game, I bought and paid for both ED and Horizon. After installing it, though I had a choice of playing ED as a stand alone, or clicking on the version that allowed the Horizon package. I've always played using the Horizon mode. And thus do not know if there's a difference in the missions offered.
To what degree if any does adding a new DLC such as Odyssey alter or change missions offered. Though I've purchased the new DLC and have listened, read and viewed a number of video's. Odyssey has missions available that were never available in ED including Horizon's addition. I've got over 7,000 hours playing ED with Horizons taking missions presented at a station in which I've never had to leave my ship. Is that all going to change in addition to the types.
