Odyssey - Ship Purchase

I've watched several videos in which commanders are flying ships other than Cobra or Sidewinder in Odyssey. I've travelled around the systems but each station I visit, I am informed that ships are not available. I would be grateful if someone could let me know where I can upgrade my ship - I want to be ready for Phase 3

Just to go Inter-Astra. Nervi has a few choices, they high-tech/industrials nearby also have a few different ones.

PSA: you have to finish the tutorial once, to be able to buy ships. Skipping it does count (and is actually necessary at some point, when you can't jump to another system since it is out of the alpha bubble)
