Some suggestions i have for stealth gameplay improvements to make it better and more immersive:
1) make it so using your flashlight alerts npcs to your presence, esp if sneaking up behind them.
2) make it so npcs dont see you as well at night time when away from lights, and during the daytime when in the shadows. So when in these zones, they only try to scan you when at half distance as normal, and they can't find you unless they are closer, like at the radar's red circle range.
3) make it so civilians give you 2 warnings EACH, instead of getting a warning from one, but if you poster another its guns out. They don't have radios to communicate with each other like military personnel.
4) Allow us to drag/carry bodies away. Obviously getting caught would not be good.
5) make it so stealth kills (kills from behind unalerted npcs) don't give bounties.
6) allow us to whisper or say "hey you" to get a nearby npc's attention so it walks over. This would only work on npcs not on Alert.
