Hi, maybe I am completely useless, but haven't been able to complete training mission. I've solved logical puzzles (unlocking ), but always get slaughtered by the five guards once I leave the building. What am I supposed to do? Avoid battle? Run somewhere? I can kill 2 or 3, but they respawn. Can't play the game for a while now, just stuck in the loop of being respawned in the building and then going out to be killed again...

I have not survived those scum either. Just "skip training" on the menu.
In fact, there are only 10 opponents. First five run, then the rest land. The main thing to remember is to shoot at shields with laser weapons, and at armor with kinetic weapons. The opponents themselves in the training are very weak, it is better to go through the training anyway.
They don't respawn. As noted, there are ten. Two waves of five, second wave doesn't show until you kill two from the first, so the maximum you can face at once is eight. They are also some of the worse NPC combatants, and the training suit is pretty good. Unless you have major control or performance issues, or are allowing yourself to become surrounded out in the open, it should not be difficult.

Anyway, it's perfectly possible to get the data and be well outside the building before the first wave even lands and there are also multiple exits to the settlement. If you move, it's hard to be cornered.

also you need to think like kirk vs khan (find the tallest roof place they usually cant follow or line of sight if crouched
& bounce like tigger when Oscar mike I have to say git gud at avoidance coz they are the easiest opposition till suited and booted so to speak

Nah, it's not that difficult. Try to take on one at a time, keep moving and hide when your shields get low.
Use a the laser to take down shields and kinetic weapons to shoot them once they drop!
I thought I was a combat God when I completed this without dying (the second time around). Then they took away all my goochy stuff and left me with a flight suit...
It's particularly funny when you hit them just about the point where they are readying a grenade.
