As Explorer far away from the Bubble I face actually two problems with the new Odyssey DLC:
1.)If I try to collect materials on Planets I very often get a Black Adder crash (mostly with Carbon...),which also wipe out all Material near by.
Solution: After restart Call the Ship, and fly a few miles away.
(Or collect only in Horizon
)
2.) The new Galaxy map didn't allow jump more than your max Jump Distance, even if you use Materials to extend the FSD. It only works, if you have less fuel than your max Jump range, to extend to that.
Solution: Restart in Horizon, BUT before you use Materials.
