FD could we please get a second save slot with Odyssey ... pretty please and thank you ... seems like a second save slot is well overdue, but in particular with all of the changes Odyssey brings it would be great to be able to experience newb status again, but deleting years old saves to do that is probably not tenable for most

Why not buy a second account instead? Certainly a 'cheap' option, until Odyssey releases at least 
Or put another way, people have been asking for it for over five years, and FD still haven't added such. I suspect they're trying to tell us something.
FD already denied a Second Character Slot in the "Ask Me Anything" thread.
I have asked in the first round of "question and Answer" some weeks ago and sadly they clearly said "no way".
Would be ace to have a smaller/ cheaper to run carrier option. Even something to just use with wings. We have bad instancing while trying play and something like this would be great. wing up, dock and jump together. Or possibly something that couldn't dock at stations but could use the recall ship feature from the SRV interface. Alternative would be to dock my eagle to my Corvette so I could land in small spaces and leave the corvette/ assault carrier in orbit.
Also wondering if dropships will actually be used as dropships? Can we wing up and board one to deploy on the surface?
