Your power level: doesn't matter as long as action is involved

go to xihe or evarate, i recommend xihe, because people don't like big ships in evarate (it scares the noobs) so your KOS in evarate if you have a fed corv

Don't know if it will work with you in a Corvette, but I've found doing "deliver x to station y" community goals are a good way to get PvP.

I fly around the target system with a full load of the item in question until someone interdicts me and tells me to drop some of the items. Then I counter offer with "fight me until one of us drops to 30% hull and you get half of what I'm carrying". Most of the people I've tried it with are up for it, and so far none have done anything trollish like fighting, waiting for me to drop half the cargo then blowing me up anyway, which I had expected to happen at least once by now.
