As the title states, really, what is the formal in game method or mission to get details of where the ruins can be found (as opposed to the sketchy outlines in the Codex). Is there a BBS mission that spawns or is it another FDev concept that requires Dr. Google or Redditt to actually get into it?

Thanks - so basically there's no in game prompt to start the mission then, as I suspected!
I think it may be connected to unlocking the engineers, specifically Ram Tah.
You get a mission offered on entering Meene.
I think this is the 'in game' start for Guardians.
Maybe something is also mentioned in the Guardian Tech broker's blurb, but I have it all unlocked so can't check.
