As this concerns a Sweepstakes taking place on a livestream, we will post these on our official forums while the Sweepstake runs on launch day. These are our Standard T&Cs:

These Terms and Conditions will be adjusted depending on which Sweepstake is currently active.
San Diego Zoo/Safari Park are not responsible for the administration of the sweepstake (“the Sweepstake”), the collection of entries, section of winners, or the fulfilment of prizing. Any questions you have regarding the Sweepstake should be directed to Promoter and not to the SDZ Parties.
These Terms & Conditions together with any specific Rules set out in Sweepstake Notices (as defined below) are the Sweepstake Rules ("Rules") and apply to Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstake, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Rules.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.
The Sweepstake is solely open to individuals aged 18 years or over (and at least twenty (20) years old in Taiwan) excluding employees of Frontier Developments plc, SPCP, and their affiliates, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Sweepstake and are residents of countries where the promoter’s games and or software have officially been released (the ‘Entrant’). Residents of countries where the promoter’s games or software have not been officially released as of 5 November 2019, and residents of the following countries are excluded subject to United States export controls: a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the U.S., U.K. or E.U. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. treasury department's list of specially designated nationals or the U.S. commerce department's table of deny orders or similar lists operated by U.K. and / or E.U. governments. By participating in this Sweepstake, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
Entrants remain bound by the relevant Terms & Conditions of any of the following platforms Entrant accesses in relation to the Sweepstake – Youtube, Mixer and Twitch. 1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sweepstake and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Sweepstake will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
To enter, the Entrant will be required to put a specific word or phrase in the live chat (as specified in the Sweepstake announcement). The specific word or phrase will be announced during the Planet Zoo Launch livestream after which all Entrants have five (5) minutes to join the live chat and copy the word or phrase.’
2. In addition to any other requirements set forth in these Rules, in order to be deemed eligible for participation, each entry and/or the Entrant submitting it must meet the following conditions and restrictions:
The Sweepstake is one of chance. The one winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter during the Planet Zoo Launch Livestream.
The Sweepstake is only accessible during the Planet Zoo Launch Livestream on 5 November 2019 from 10:30AM GMT to 12:00PM GMT. As the winner will be chosen live, these Terms and Conditions will be Stickied on the official Planet Zoo Forums; after the Sweepstake closes at 12:00PM GMT, the thread will be Unstickied but remain accessible.
Any entries made via comment during Planet Zoo Launch Livestream replays or reruns via YouTube or Twitch do not count towards the Sweepstakes as the Sweepstake closed for good on 5 November 2019 at 12:00PM GMT and the winner(s) will have been chosen live.
Entering the Sweepstake does not create or confer any license, right or ownership interest under any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws in or to any intellectual property owned and/or controlled by the SDZ Parties.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstake.
4. The prize(s) are as follows:
• A full expense paid trip to San Diego, California, United States, including trips to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and additional animal experiences, travel, accommodations, and a merchandise package, including:
Accommodation to be provided in the form of a 3-night stay at a 4 star hotel including breakfast.
Voucher for prizing will be valid for one (1) year after creation
The prize(s) are as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prize/s are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize excludes travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than where mentioned. Where appropriate, it is the responsibility of individual winner to ensure they and their guest has a valid passport and to obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations before travelling. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
5. The winner will be notified by the Promoter or fulfilment partner during the Planet Zoo Launch Livestream and subsequently notified by email, where details have been provided and/or PM on YouTube or Twitch within 28 days of the Sweepstake closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered. The Promoter will make every effort to deliver the prizes expediently to winners, however may, in some circumstances, be bound by shipping, handling or importation duties and international, regional or local regulations. In these instances, the Promoter will make every effort to work with logistics and shipping partners and notify the winners.
7. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstake, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold the SDZ Parties, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Sweepstake or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including without limitation (i) any condition that may cause the Sweepstake to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstake or any Sweepstake-related activity; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstake.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKE, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS.
8. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Sweepstake will be final and no correspondence will be entered into consideration.
9. By entering this Sweepstake, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10. The Sweepstake and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
