As far as we know for PC a one time install with internet and then you can play it offline!

To add to what dLimith said, it might also be needed to load the game once while online after install, once loaded you can close it and play offline.

Accoding to the official response on Reddit you will only need the internet to download the game, once it is downloaded you will nto need it to play.
