Ohm, Sweet Ohm City

As of about half an hour ago, the Obscene Heap and I have officially touched down in our home system of LHS 20 for the first time in 9 months.
The longest I have ever spent out in the black; out of the Bubble.

From Beagle Point, I have zig-zagged back across the galaxy on my way home. I briefly stopped at Explorer's Anchorage to cash in the vast majority of my data, before heading back to the bubble via the eastern regions.

Thus ends my Distant Worlds 2 journey.

Thank you to all those who organised the event, I would never have gone on this brilliant journey without it.

The plan now? Do some bubble stuff for a while, I guess. I miss combat... Might check out the newer conflict zone mechanics first, and maybe finally solo a Cyclops.

Yeah but you will still be parking that scanner in your sleep, eh?! I think ED is on special offer at the moment, what about a second commander and a new voyage? I’m certainly itching to get back out far far away again! Did you find many ELWs?

Haha! Funnily enough I do already have a second CMDR on my laptop, so I could do something with it. I've been so focused on DW2 that I haven't booted that one up for a long time.

I didn't find as much of anything as I was hoping to, to be honest. No NSPs came my way until I was back in the Inner Orion Spur. Tons of Water and Ammonia Worlds though, and a few Earth likes.
My best find was two concurrent systems absolutely chock full of Helium Rich Gas Giants, which, before this expedition, I'd never found before.
