Ok, FD. Is it Achernar or Achenar?

I've been talking with Allen Stroud about the spelling. Seems in days of old (ie-Frontier), it was spelled Achenar:

However, there is no star named Achenar. There *is* an Achernar, though, which is what I always assumed was meant:

In regards to the wikipedia article I propose a name change to settle the question:

The indigenous Boorong people of northwestern Victoria named it as Yerrerdetkurrk

Yerrerdetkurrk, IS the correct answer. Just remember 5 "r's".

Interesting to note that it is also the least spherical star in the Milky Way, as it apparently spins so fast. No wonder the Imps are a strange bunch...
