OK guys, I am ready to admit that I am completely stuck!

Hi everyone,

So after a huge amount of time and effort, I am not prepared to admit that I am legitimately stuck. Even with maximum Jump boosting, it seems I always come to a point where I simply don't have the range to keep moving onwards. Thus, I am begging for assistance from any Fleet Carrier owners out there. I am currently in the Formadine Rift sector, in the Cryaft FG-W D2-1 system. I will next be online around this time 24 hours from now-give or take 30 minutes. If anyone can give me a lift, even as far as Elysian Shore, I would greatly appreciate it .

did you give https://www.spansh.co.uk/exact-plotter a try? it had found a way out for me sometimes.

also - how about backtracking via visited systems? Or have you run out of materials?

your system itself is not in edsm (yet), but farsight expedition camp is "only" ~7000 ly, and i think some dssa carriers are closer!

If I were to be glib, and that's kinda how I roll, then I'd say something along the lines of "if'n you can git there, you can git back again same way you came" (barring Neutron Dancing/jumponium), but instead I'll just say that I hope somebody can come rescue you, CMDR. If I had one of those fancy galactic RVs, I sure would be happy to, but I don't.

Damn it, here I am forgetting that space has THREE dimensions . Thanks for the tip. Might need to stock up on my Jumponium components before I do anything more though! For now, I will hold off on the rescue, & try your suggestion.

i don't know your build or jumprange - but pre guardian boosters crossing the formidine rift was usually done more west iirc.
