code is interdicting at Birmingham.
apparently they're upset at drugs or something.

I've read that this is somehow related to the community event in Hamilton .. but how?

The Hamilton event has nothing to do with drugs, so I'd be surprised if that was their reasoning. Usually their 'blockades' have something to do with their opposition to something in a given CG. Since Hamilton is all about importing metals, I don't see the connection.

so, how does their blockade in Diso have anything to do with the CG? the CG is in a different system ...
And is the blockade still on? I decked out my 'conda with all a rated beams and canons, a7 shield, boosters, and some cargo, went out to diso, back and forth from Birmingham, jumed in and out three times, not a peep from code. They were there ... I intentionally buzzed right by a few of them ... but they were not interdicting. Well, they weren't interdicting me :)
