Ok that's it !! ...Is 2.1 too hard for traders - test [Video]

Because you're not able to see the logic of pinpointing some faulty mechanism that might be giving trouble to some less skilled player doesn't make it silly. If it doesn't help you or you cannot/don't want to contribute, move along.

Many of us have given advice and helped out for a while now. It has been largely refused. Not by everyone, but by a lot. That's why video documenting that it's not difficult if you prepare was necessary.

And when that was done, some folks try to move the goal posts instead of admitting there may be something they can improve on.

That's silly.

Of course. It's a classic trait of the I'm great so it must be the games fault crowd. People just don't like to admit their short comings and that they can improve.

It's even funnier on here. It's 'I'm not great and I've given up all desire to become great. I'm with the way I suck and the game should be adapted to my sucky ways so I can suck my way through it because I want to'.

Another way of putting it is this: 'I don't want to fly anything but the most expensive ship I can buy in the most A rated state. I am scared of dying because of the rebuy money and a cheaper ship which is better for the job is out of the question because it brings out my insecurities'.

Another is this: 'Running away from encounters hurts my feefees'.

It is silly though. As the test pointed out, there's no faulty mechanism.

You either skipped my video or have spent too much time in the deep space.

I watched your video. I think you guys are on the same side, there might be a language barrier. You were trying to show that even acting completely silly, you didn't get blown up, right?

Even doing every imaginable thing wrong... you still didn't die. That was your point, right?

The NPC in your video didn't 'spawn close' for no reason. You dropped out of supercruise while he was following you. Of course he's going to be right on top of you. He watched you the whole time.
He saw where you dropped out. This is not a bug. It's a feature.

If you high wake out, you would have been fine. If you would have done anything in that video with even a touch of strategy or logic, you would have made it without a scratch.
