old know "tea" problem

"The tea" container on lonely planet in deep space thousands of light years away? Im sorry to say this but it breaks immersion so much and it looks like old known problem is back. This time it is active power source, artificial structure etc. Please, remove it again. :-(

I can remember having a cargo hatch malfunction en route to the Coalsack dumping a fair amount of my cargo across some random system.
I'd hazard a guess it's happened to others en route to Colonia or some of the nebula out posts.

I avoid "Artificial Structure" POIs on all Planets, as I too well remember the same, original Horizons "Tea Party" POI with useless Cargo Canisters guarded by Skimmers ;)

Out there in unexplored/untagged space, I'd only expect crashed Ships, Distress Beacons and crashed NAV Beacons/Satellites once in a full moon.
Okay to have some more on tagged Systems + Bodies but that's it.

POIs in unexplored Deep Space should mostly be "rare and meaningful" and worthy of investigation.

...and it wasn't even Red Rose, so you never got the little ceramic figurines.

Meh, I keep telling my fellow teabaggers to drop rare tea around the galaxy, to distract the thargoids and as a survival kit for stranded explorers. I guess they keep drinking the good stuff themselves out in the black.

Well I can't be entirely sure, but after mapping more than 40 bodies today I encountered exactly 0 POIs, so they might have been patched away today.

Nope, still there, I have encountered 3 "power sources" today on one body, or were they "artificial structures", there's so many, I hope they do patch them away. I am fine with a rare crash site and remote mining rig but the number we are getting now is ridiculous. Yes I know some people are fine with them because they just want stuff to do on planets and don't care about justifiable realism, but they aren't correct as far as I am concerned.

Might be a coincidence then.
Funny as it is, I haven't encountered a single POI since I entered "The Conduit", but I will have an eye on it to see if I was just unlucky yesterday.

Maybe I am to close to civilisation then, I am gradually working my way outward but I have so many systems to scan that it's possible it is taking me some time to shake off the bubble detritus.

I was still seeing some occasional POIs in the Temple region. There's some proximity to the Colonia highway, of course, but still further than I expected.
