I've always wondered. Only ever found two like this with moving...sunspots?
Visited many thousands of star systems and many Wolf-Rayets, but never seen anything like this. Maybe it was patched out, but it's a really cool effect. In 2016 I think that some of the star effects were much different than they are now.

I think that looks more like a carbon star, doesn't it? I thought wilf rayets were blue

Typically, yes, which is another thing that makes this one really weird. There's a forum post from about 2 years ago with a similar star that's Wolf-Rayet but has a Brown Dwarf appearance. Could be a bug (or a feature)...
Theres a few different shades of pink ones when i googled them for ED pic specifically. Amazing!
In fact, there could even be six different color variants of Wolf-Rayet stars, which can be classified accordingly by their physical parameters:
