On foot combat zones. No difference between low, med, high?

Had my 1st go at on foot combat zones today. I need to do 6 of them to access one of the engineers.

So far I have done 4. 2 x low, 1 med and 1 high.
The pay for all of them was similar from about 220,000 to 120,000 with I think the 120,000 being for the high.
The bounties were 1.5 million for all except the high in which I only got about 490,000.
The maps for low, med and high were different but did not seem harder in any way.
The enemies seemed similar.
The only difference I could spot is that med has more tickets than low. High has more tickedts than med.
Soooooooo ............ is there actually any difference between low, med and high other than tickets?

From my own on foot combat experiences I can not concur. Low graded conflict zones are for beginners/low level suit and weapons, I personally wouldn’t enter a ‘high’ without a grade 3 suit & weapons. The NPC's had suits with far better shields and armor in a 'high' opposed to a 'low'.

Also (unless one performs poorly) the payout in a high grade conflict zone is much better (at least the last time I entered one). I made single digit millions (think around 5 million in total, pay/bounty or rather combat bonds when I unlocked the engineer) in a 'high' and I'm not very good at combat (both ship and on foot). There was a recent CG, where I managed to get 10-12 million on an average run in a high zone using a fully engineered suit and weapons lvl 5.

We are talking about conflict zones you get offered from Frontline Solutions, right?

Thank you Carbon. I was in error. After reading your post I decided to do some tests. As I began my testing I discovered that when selecting a planet there was a slider on the side (which I had not noticed before). I did think it unusual to have 2 mission select buttons for a single mission. LOL, so I had been using the lower button which selects the mission currently off screen. That was the source of my confusion.
Anyway in case anybody is curious the results of my testing are below.

TEST EQUIPMENT: G5 Maverick suit with no relevant mods. G5 Aphelion with stowed reload, G5 P-15 with stowed reload
METHODOLOGY: Deliberately not taking any control points. Just letting AI do that so we can keep results consistant. I am only counting kills that show up on screen as a bounty reward (might have missed a few).
RESULTS:
Low = 28 kills cr 547,265
Med = 32 kills cr 1,868,973
High = 33 kills cr 8,894,527
CONCLUSION: Kill totals were surprising similar. Enemies are definately harder to kill at med and high but the increassed ticket numbers probably keeps the match going longer (although I didnt time them ... dam). This mission type is an OK way to earn credits and a quick way gain rep with the chosen side. I have now played 7 matches and have just become allied. Unfortunately there are no material rewards.

The victory payout for a High ground CZ is 300,000 alone. I regularly get 10 mil from each CZ.
High CZ attract passing mercs, Low and medium will attract those working the BGS.
I have some doubts as to whether the OP actually went to a High CZ. The absolute minimum for winning a High CZ should be 600,000

I never ran any tests, the above is from my gut feeling just playing.

As a tip: Be on the lookup for CG’s involving on foot combat and do a few runs in open play-mode. I earned a lot less in the CG in open play-mode, but it was extreme fun because you get the chance to play against other humans (NPC/Human mix). In regular on foot conflict zones (not in a CG) the chance to stumble upon a human is next to 0 (unless one makes it a date with some friends), I rather try my luck on the 90 million lottery in real life :D.

That sounds like fun. Thanks for the tip Carbon.
