Newcomer / Intro On-Foot Missions terminal - 'listed' and 'unlisted'

While browsing through the available missions at a concourse terminal, I noticed that clicking on one of the mission-givers changes the list from 'listed' to 'unlisted'
What's the difference....?

So you can filter missions by faction
