Hi, I'm currently on my way back to civilized space and I'm wondering whom to sell all the data to (currently 3,600 systems) A number of updates have rolled in since I left and I wanna know if there are factions that would give back more than just rank, like missions with permits I think they're called "Making friends and going places" but I've never seen any offered before and really anything else besides just rank. Right now I'm allied with Feds (post commander) and the pilot's federation and I didn't really see many benefits from being allied with them with concerns to missions offered.

The permit factions I've seen for the most part don't control any stations outsystem, though the one for Alioth controls Rominger Dock in 78 Ursae Majoris. I'll check around and see if I can find one that does when I'm back from my current expedition.
Though with luck, maybe we'll see another exploration community goal this week.

Oooo, any details about that? If there was some community goal that was geared toward turning in as much exploration data as humanly possible, with a cash prize at the end, I would totally turn in all my data for the top tier prizes.

Hehehe, when I read that.......I thought, "Oh Maaaaan.....I bet that is Right across civi space from the direction I will be arriving".........and then I thought, "hang on.........I have been doing 1000ly jumps to investigate a twinkly thing for the past two weeks............crossing the light years of civi space will be but a single step.........

It wasn't so long ago that I thought 100ly was an epic trek. Now I do 1000 ly (or 1 Kylie) in 20 mins.
I am still a reletive noobie (Xmas gift).....I still recall going in to Universal Cartography, looking at my list of data.....and then seeing it........sell after 20 LIGHT YEARS????..............hehehehe
