I found out that I need to get these but what about engineers for personal equipment?

There are 4 personal equipment engineers in Colonia. Baltanos , Eleanor Bresa, Rosa Dayette and Yi Shen. All but Yi Shen are pretty easy to unlock. Check out Inara for details. If you need help with any of the required mats/data give me a shout in game Athlon-UK

The four personal equipment engineers don't offer anything that you can't get in the bubble - but apart from the travel time are much easier to unlock. Even Yi Shen, who takes a fair bit of convincing to admit you, is way easier than "ten Settlement Defence Plans" or whatever else you need.

Yes I have.. My only concern is that I leave Colonia without the right pinned blueprints or not have engineered needed modules for future. Mel and Etienne will make the work somehow a bit harder.

Thanks Athlon. I have not started to use my legs in ED yet so I guess that has to start when I arrive in Colonia . Sitting in FC Hold my tea and aprox 4800 ly before arrival. so greatful to Cmdr Hans Wijk for the ride.

If you don't want to mine the osmium yourself for Marsha, I sell it on my carrier. I just finished a mining run and it is en route to Tir and should be there in about 10 minutes. Look for IFC Eternal Dawn around planet 6.

Unlock - Qty 10 total: Culinary Recipes and/or Cocktail Recipes
Referral to Yi Shen - Qty 10: Manufacturing Instructions

Eleanor Bresa
Unlock - Visit 5 settlements in Colonia
Referral to Yi Shen - Qty 10: Digital Designs

Baltanos
Unlock - Friendly reputation with Colonia Council
Referral to Yi Shen - Qty 10: Faction Associates

Yi Shen
Unlock - Complete the referral tasks for the other three engineers

One important thing about the unlocks for Rosa Dayette and Eleanor Bresa: The in-game description (esp. for Rosa) is somewhat ambiguous in that regard but both have to be done in the Colonia system! Anywhere else won't count.

As for what blueprints to pin: I find Shielded on AFMU/Scoop/Refinery to be of questionable use at best so I use Hicks and Olmanova for pins that I always want to have accessible. In my case that's Lightweight Limpets and Heavy Duty Armour. Dorn is best for Lightweight Sensors Life Support, Brandon for one of the SCB blueprints (depending on personal preference).
