Wow, The explorer in me wants to go there and blaze a trail, but the father in me wants to meet his grandkids some day.

+1 for ruining expectations. I did not see this coming :p

On topic, technically falconfly is correct (from my experience of core travel), although expect a hell of a Cpu burn when moving nav-map through that area and plotting routes. It took me on average 45-50 seconds to plot 1000LY routes with my pc specs (below), some have reported over 2 minutes just for a 300LY route.

Okay, I'm missing something....

Surely not, can you see the big square of stars, rather than a random area.

man that's weird, so is it going to really look like that when i get there.

I have been taking a route avoiding all the usual interesting sights, just because i figure i will be more likely to find undiscovered stuff this way, i have already found lots of undiscovered water worlds, with carbon based water life, and one earth type planet, with indigenous life.
But i am still only just over 2000ly from founders world, still a long way to go, just hope they are still undiscovered when i get back.

here is my ship, and one of those worlds, (not giving any clues to where, until after i get back)

There are two or three areas on the way to the core where the stars are rendered brighter, in cubes, than everything else. Everyone needs to upgrade their computer

What is this worth? What sort of indigenous life? I haven't come across this yet.
