On Pre-Engineered Modules from CG

I like the idea of pre-engineered modules that are a bit more special than anything we can usually get from a material junkie in their garage.
Though I fear that for us who either delve into the deepest black of space or otherwise cannot commit their time to a CG for one reason or another, it can be extremely frustrating to miss out on the module rewards.

What I would suggest and probably many other people would like to see, is a clear policy / mechanism by which Pre-Engineered Modules could be acquired at a later date.

Say that CG rewards can be unlocked around 2-4 months after the CG by some method, like we have with new ships. (And announce such a policy publicly)

Here are some methods by which the distribution could happen:
  • Tech Broker. Just straight up pay with a bunch of high grade materials. Already exists though for some items has the problem of causing power creep if you could get unlimited supply of certain modules (even if you need to grind for each set)
  • CG Points. You get some arbitrary points for participating in any CG (with points scaled by personal tier), which can then be used as a special contact to attain the limited supply of any previous CG rewards. If you somehow lose a module you already unlocked, it could be reacquired here. This had the benefit of making even low stake CG without other cool rewards enticing for the CG Points.
  • Unlock Missions. For each CG there is an after-mission with a runtime of a week or two. They could be source, bounty hunting or long ranger passenger transport (because there is no convenient exploration data mission) depending on the original CG. They can be done once to acquire the CG item and would be permanently available at appropriate stations. Probably the most boring grind, but wanted to put it out there.
