Just a reminder that once a system is colonized and goes through the weekly tick, it becomes inhabited, and you can't get first footfall any more. I colonized a system where only half the planets had a first footfall, and i continued to get first footfalls after the first outpost was built. But since todays server tick i can't on the remaining planets. So half the systems landable planets show a first footfall, the others don't. Of course it may be a bug, but it can also be the way things are supposed to work.
So if you plan to colonize a not fully first-landed system, do the landings before completing the first outpost!!
