It was a good movie, I enjoyed it. Today’s movies are normally boring, full of political correctness, gender confusion and just meh!

So it was a pleasure to watch this one, a time warp back to when the world was chaotic but
Interesting, now it’s just chaotic and boring.

I was really torn about that film, but after a while I decided to like it, mainly for the reasons you've mentioned.

As a Tarantino film, it is mediocre. Better than things like Deathproof or Kill Bill vol. 2, but definitely not up there with the classics.
But simply as a film in this day and age it was refreshing. Funny and deep where it counted and with great performances.

I missed it at the cinema but will definitely have to see it on disc.
