I've been noticing it for a while now but only finally realised that no one seems to have mentioned it. When at Sol, the sun is the right size in the sky now.
I know, because I use the rift so it's been tailored for correct scale. With screens its harder to tell because you have to take into account FOV, distance, screen size etc.
So the Sun used to be pretty small. Always kind of bothered me, but now it's much bigger, feels exactly the right size.
I appreciate that, and I hope it's one consequence of a change that's reflected all over the place. Seems so.
Stars definitely still retain their brightness from further and smaller. They don't just fade into dots too quickly, but take a while to get to that stage. Me likey
