I've been here since premium beta. I've seen a lot of rifts. We were a really tight nit community, we talked things out.
Then single player happened. That sucked. Not the decision to go to servers only necessarily, but that our community splintered. There's been many AI
debates, but they've all led up to this one. Many times the AI have progressed and we stayed stagnant because a significant amount of the community
yelled at the same time. Not every major update, but this has happened more than once!
I just got back from Distant Worlds. I spent over 5 months travelling to the end of the galaxy and back. It was perfect. I did the journey mostly alone because that's
the way I like to game. Alone, but with lots of other folks around if I need them/need me. Distant worlds soothed my gaming itch.
TLDR: I don't care how many Robigo runs you ran. Buy a Python and spec it out as best you can. Start running missions. It's fun.
Either adapt or die.
