One simple fix for Supercruise Assist

Supercruise Assist has lead to my ship being flung into whatever object is between me and my destination at maximum throttle (since that's where the throttle is set to when entering supercruise) far more times than I care to remember (about three times just today )
When supercruise assist turns itself off, can we have an automatic dethrottle, as we do on hyperspace jumps? This would eliminate one of the main frustrations in the game.

(It would be great if Supercruise Assist could, for instance, set a waypoint so that it can navigate around an intervening object, but I'll settle for an automatic dethrottle as this feature already exists...)

Zeroing throttle when SCA is engaged has no effect on speed - but will slow the ship to 30km/s when SCA disengages.

It will also auto-submit to interdiction - so setting the throttle to not-quite-zero may be preferable.

The auto submit is why I don't set throttle to zero - I don't usually touch the throttle control when I'm not actively flying.

The irritation for me is that the exact same issue exists with hyperspace jumps and was addressed there years ago. That many people are going to have throttle left set to maximum in supercruise too seems to have passed some of the devs by...

It is unlikely it will get waypoints after all it isn’t much more than cruise control, certainly nothing like as smart as an early autopilot.
