Does anybody know if the new rare has been created yet?
If it has, what's it called & where can you get it?

New rares usually become available after a patch. I guess the new rare at Xelabara will become available after 1.5/2.0 gets published in a few weeks.

I think your right, it will probably show up along with 1.5 update.

the new rare was created in xihe (sp?) and there was a second community goal and it lasted less than 2 days before it was completed. No community goal for the weekend, another gem from FD
