Onionhead decals

Shouldn't these decals be fluorescent/emissive for all ships?

Emissive decals are only for those who do CG/IIs correctly...
Not pay to own...

Emissive ship paint jobs were allready set up as pay to own items only... emissive decal are prizes only...

Why not? A glowing beacon with "drunk again" plastered all over it makes it easier for the cops to find you.

Oh and total on CGS being the only emissive decal. What a tool. Why don't you go grind for rank or something dude.

Halloween decals are emissive. You buy them.

the sig then, the ranks that matter are ALLREADY full... you only needed 1 for the discount station and nothing else matters the other unlocked by default with out even bothering...
Next you be wanting all Exclusive paint job prizes given out to those that pay real money...

I picked up the decal but it comes in gray color on any ship. Thought those were fluorescent...

Only the corvette paint job glows..
The cobra mk3 does not so don't buy that thinking it will...

Not really.

The color of the decal is partially dependent on the paintjob your ship has, so I suspect those Onionhead decals look green on those new black/green paintjobs, like on the screenshots.

Not really.

It depends upon your graphic settings - from memory I think you need "bloom" on at least medium and possibly some other settings to get the emissive effect.
