I have an alt account that I'm trying to unlock The Dweller with. Last time I did this, I went to Kappa Fornacis, bought some onionhead, and went to Archon Delaine space (he creates black markets) to sell it.
This time, I couldn't do it. Onionhead was legal everywhere I tried, so couldn't be sold on the black market. And not just in Delaine space. Everywhere! Regardless of government type, even Federation Corporates don't have an issue with onionhead anymore. Theocracies are groovy with it too.
So now what? Is there a black market that will take this stuff off my hands? Well, preferably 5 of them, with large pads (I'm running around with a Clipper).
