Only foreign faction missions in station!

Lugh again.

Cavendish Ring station is controlled by "Lugh for Equality" faction.

Still, all the missions offered on the Bulletin board are coming from other faction even belonging to different allegiance: Crimson State Group.

Any explanation behind this or is it a bug/data inconsistency?

I'm fairly sure it has something to do with this:

The community is testing out the persistent universe by only running missions for Crimson State Group in Lugh. That should start effecting what missions are available in the system, making Crimson State Group more and more common until they're the only ones available, even in Solo. As you can see, thus far they've been very successful.

When FD caught wind of this plan they added in the "Lugh for Equality" faction to make the whole event work in E:D canon
