Oops hostile with the Feds

So got my self a new joystick today with some Xmas money and well my landings took a bit of practice after keyboard and mouse for last 2 weeks since launch I have been getting quite good with the keyboard and mouse controls.

Fired up up the new joystick and it's awesome having a great time so much easier flying and aiming etc.

one slight issue was when I was learning how to use it I accidentally shot some fed security guys then got done for loitering at a pad..... Also had stolen goods on me lol...


all adding up Feds are now hostile and wow they want my blood :) so packed a bag took off and found a nice empire station.

starting a new life there :)

funny how how things change in the game at the drop of a hat. totally addicted to ED :) love the immersion :)

anyway just wanted to share my new joystick story.

in case you wanted to know got the Logitech 3d pro one in a January sale at a games shop near me and loving it . I know it's entry level but so much fun!

Nope. Totally paid up to date. Guess I need to work at my rep decided to leg it instead :p empire is a cooler name and not run by those dirty corporate overlords anyway :) I am looking forward to my fresh start :)

If you got sent to Hostile rep by Feds, it's gonna take loooong time to get it back to normal. I managed and I'm now friendly, but it was painful.

If you can recall what you did and if cargo scan brought you to hostile from neutral, ticket it cause peer dev response it's not supposed to set you back too much. I can't see that you actually shot up that many feds while "testing a joystick".

This post concerns me. I also accidentally messed up my reputation with the feds. I think I was so new that I accepted transport missions and then logged off and logged in much later, mission failed, they think I stole the cargo?! OR???

I haven't done any "Bad" missions at all and have no clue what I did wrong. Can I "fix" this or ...frankly, should I just consider starting over if the game is administering "dev admitted" harsher punishments for this at the moment.

Thoughts?

I'm also hostile (was unfriendly before) with the Feds now :( Forgot I had a couple of "stolen" Palladium on me. 27,000 fine and of course they now attack me on sight. It's actually quite funny trying to get in and out of Fed stations alive.
