What you got was an automated response.
The response i mentioned was given by a human and appeared to be mass sent to anyone already having a ticket requesting a transfer
But they aren't sending that out to new requests, doesn't really make sense. I do think @Arthur Tolmie ambiguous statement on Frameshift Live is the nearest we have to a statement so I guess it means all transfers are on hold. I find it hard to understand why Fdev can't just make a clear statement in a place that anyone can check i.e. a Locked sticky post on here. They could also put it out on social media but things on social media get buried under new stuff pretty soon so these forums are a place where they can leave a longer term statement for everyone to see. I'll be logging into EDO later, who knows maybe 13 billion credits will have been added to my Cmdr's balance.
